1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Registration and Account Management
Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account on winbox2. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute sufficient grounds for the closure of all accounts involved.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name as stated on your MyKad, an active email address and a reachable mobile number. Users are responsible for updating their personal information should any changes occur.
Account passwords are entirely the user's responsibility. winbox2 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to the user's failure to keep their password confidential.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the winbox2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for cryptocurrency-based payment methods which use the denomination of the relevant cryptocurrency.

Any attempt to exploit or misuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts, hedge betting or strategies deemed unfair by winbox2, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
6. Game and Betting Rules
All games available on winbox2, covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, mix parlay and various other games, are conducted in accordance with their respective rules as set by the relevant game providers.
winbox2 is not liable for any technical disruptions occurring during a game session caused by factors beyond the platform's control, including interruptions to the user's internet connection or issues with the user's own device. In cases of technical disruption that can be demonstrated to have occurred on the platform's side, winbox2 will resolve the matter in accordance with its fair internal resolution policy.
The results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be verified by the winbox2 technical team.
7. User Conduct and Prohibitions
Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the winbox2 platform:
- Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools to access or play on the platform
- Sharing account information with other individuals or allowing third parties to use the account
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking or attempts to manipulate the platform's systems
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities
